The FLO course, sponsored by NTAC provides the necessary enabling tools to proactively develop, collect, retrieve, and disseminate information and intelligence pertaining to terrorism and multi-jurisdictional crime related issues, to identify terrorists or suspects engaged in ongoing criminal activities. How to identify precursor behaviors and activities associated with terrorism and or crimes, and the procedure for reporting suspicious activity information is discussed.
